SHIPPING POLICY

Each product has its own production time, the production time is mentioned in the "Shipping & Returns" section on the product page. 

Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping takes 1-3 days for the clothes to be shipped after it has been made. Production time is typically 3-4 weeks.

International Shipping: Depending on the area of the world you live in, it will take 1-3 weeks for the clothes to be shipped after it has been made. Production time is typically 3-4 weeks.

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. Please wait 24 hours to check on the tracking number, the tracking information updates after 24 hours. 

* After a product has been shipped, it is out of my control. If a product has been lost, Outlyereffect will not be liable, seeing that the product was made, packed, and shipped out. The buyer will resume all responsibility if that happens and may not open a chargeback with Outlyereffect. The buyer however can start a claim with the carrier that shipped out the product (you will know the carrier when shipped by the tracking number given) and email contact@outlyereffect.com for us to start the claim together. By purchasing any products you agree to the statement made.*

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. There are no exchanges or returns since everything is made to order. If your item has a defect you are eligible for a new item but only if you have contacted me within seven business days after receiving your order. After contacting me, the buyer will receive a return label and will have to ship back the defective item to receive a new item free of charge.
