About the Brand

Formally known as Jeansbychinwe, Outlyer Effect is made for creative individuals in society. First and foremost, jeans are not the only clothes that this brand provides, contracting the name "Jeansbychinwe." There needed to be a name that represented the brand as a whole for there to be a change, creating the name Outlyer Effect. The clothes that are made in-house are handmade and different from clothes that you would normally see in stores. The clothes made differs people from looking alike creating outliers in society. An outlier is something or someone that is different from a group/set. I want you to feel like an outcast but in a good way, I want for there to be people coming together and creating conversations just because of your outfit alone because once again, you are a creative in society. 

It is important for people to understand the process that is put into this. There is only one person on this team. One person creating content, creating ideas and mockups, talking to customers, designing, sewing, and packing each product. This brand is not a fast fashion brand, everything takes time and thought. Products are not produced rapidly and the quality received isn't rushed. Fast fashion exploits workers for their labor and is terrible for the environment because of the footprint companies leave behind and the materials that are dumped back into landfills.

Outlyer Effect is a streetwear-inspired brand that provides sustainable, high-quality garments made for creatives in society. Outlyer Effect's customers can feel like outliers the moment they receive their package from the custom poly mailer, to wearing what they bought. Being the person that people walk up to, to ask about outfit details. Our customers create the message for the brand just by being themselves in their outfits.
